We are looking for an amazing Part-time Office Management & Recruiting Intern in Salt Lake City! 

Interested?

As a part-time Office Management & Recruiting Intern at Badger Maps, you will handle Office Management for our Salt Lake City office and support our Recruiting efforts. Badger Maps is an international tech startup currently expanding operations rapidly, and we have a variety of Office Management and Recruiting projects that will allow you to gain valuable experience. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Office Management:

Foster and improve the office culture, making sure it is an amazing place to work. Organize company events, help with the company’s monthly newsletter, and initiate and support projects that contribute to an environment that people truly love to work in. Support managers across the office, helping them onboard new interns and employees. Handle day-to-day office operations.

Recruiting

Help build a stronger local presence to attract talents: identify ways and places to source candidates, connect with local colleges and potentially represent Badger Maps at school career fairs. Enhance Badger Maps’ employer branding and candidate experience.

Coordinate with our HR & Recruiting team based in San Francisco, our hiring managers and candidates to set up interviews.

 

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

  • A people person who truly enjoys helping others.

  • Someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Experience in Office Management or Recruiting is a plus.

  • Someone who identifies with our values and is excited to help field salespeople all over the world with our solution.

  • Nice to have: currently pursuing a bachelor in business, human resources, psychology, organizational behavior, or equivalent.

Job details: 

  • 20-30 hours a week, paid minimum wage
  • Flexible hours - between 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
