We are looking for an amazing Inbound Sales Development Rep in Salt Lake City!



We're looking to make our first hires beyond our core team to take the business to scale. It's an exciting time at our company, and we want to find people who want to hop aboard the rocket ship. We’re looking for aptitude more than anything. We want you to be good natured with a desire to work hard and learn a lot. The Sales team is responsible for discovering and developing champions at target companies through a consultative approach. The SDR will reach out to target companies and develop support for Badger Maps within their organization. As part of the Sales team, you will be working closely with the Marketing department to find new leads. You will work on converting leads into qualified opportunities that are to be handed off to the Account Executive team to close.

As an SDR, you will work closely with customers and prospects to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to solve them thru Badger Maps. The SDR is responsible for turning leads into qualified opportunities and refer them to Account Executives. Leads may come from prospects or current individual customers.



What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales role.

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building strong internal and external relationships.

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems in a creative manner.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Must be comfortable with fast-paced startup environment and taking on new challenges.

  • Someone who identifies with our values and who is excited to help field sales representatives all over the world with our solution.
